The 90 Second Keto Bread is perfect for making grilled cheese sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches. It is an ideal for those occasions when you have a few minutes to spare. It's soft and toasted to perfection.
Add 1 tbsp. of butter coffee mug or small Ramekin. Microwave for 10-20 seconds or until butter is melted.
Add the almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, hemp hearts, salt and an egg. Mix it thoroughly with a fork until smooth.
Microwave on high for 70 to 90 seconds depending on your microwave. Remove from microwave and allow to cool slightly and then cut in half.
You can eat it just as is or place in a toaster oven for few minutes until it is golden brown. Eat with butter, jam or whatever you would like and enjoy.
