Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers , peeled and thinly sliced
  • ½ medium red onion , thinly sliced
  • 2-3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
  • tsp crushed red pepper
  • fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • Kosher salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl add cucumbers, salt, apple cider vinegar, oregano, black pepper, red onions, and red pepper flakes. Toss and serve.
  • Can be refrigerated 30 minute prior to serving.
