Ingredients
1 butternut squash
(peel, cut in half, remove seeds and chop into to 1 inch cubes)

extra virgin olive oil
Kosher salt

black pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put butternut squash on a baking sheet making one layer. Add salt and pepper and drizzle oil. Mix it together and put in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
