The Air Fryer Haitian Griot recipe is my variation of a well known Haitian dish. Griot is an authentic Haitian dish, made up of cubed pork shoulder or turkey, cooked in a spicy, tangy sauce called Epis. To get maximum flavor marinate overnight. I grew up with my grandmother deep frying it in a large pot. I have modernized this dish by using an air fryer because it reduces the cooking time.
