The 90 Second Keto Bread is perfect for making grilled cheese sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches. It is an ideal for those occasions when you have a few minutes to spare. It’s soft and toasted to perfection.
This keto bread recipe is a must-have for those who are on a low carb, paleo, or keto diet. It’s delicious, soft and fluffy. And wait!… It can be made in less than 90 seconds using the microwave.
Ingredients
- 3½ tbsps almond flower
- 1 tsp psyllium husk powder
- ½ tbsp hemp hearts
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ⅛ tsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Add 1 tbsp. of butter coffee mug or small Ramekin. Microwave for 10-20 seconds or until butter is melted.
- Add the almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, hemp hearts, salt and an egg. Mix it thoroughly with a fork until smooth.
- Microwave on high for 70 to 90 seconds depending on your microwave. Remove from microwave and allow to cool slightly and then cut in half.
- You can eat it just as is or place in a toaster oven for few minutes until it is golden brown. Eat with butter, jam or whatever you would like and enjoy.
I’ve tried many 90 second bread recipes, this one is the best. I have never added hemp hearts, maybe that was what made it so good. Also, I only used 3T of almond flour to cut back on carbs. I will check out more of your recipes!
