I love butternut squash! Roasted Butternut Squash is a simple, easy recipe that can be enjoyed on any occasion. The natural sweetness of the butternut squash is what I like most. They have a unique nutty flavor that will make you come back for more. All you need is a sheet pan, some parchment paper and a few household ingredients -extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and that’s it! So simple!
Ingredients
- 1 butternut squash (peel, cut in half, remove seeds and chop into to 1 inch cubes)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt , to taste
- black pepper . to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put butternut squash on a baking sheet making one layer. Add salt and pepper and drizzle oil. Mix it together and put in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
