Our Beef and Cauliflower Stir fry recipe is infused with ingredients that pack a flavorful punch!
When I was a little girl, my parents would take me to Chinatown one New York. That’s where my love of Asian food came from. I can still remember all the different smells from the hanging duck in the window to the dim sum to a rice! I found out that I really love Chinese food!
My beef and cauliflower stir fry recipe is inspired by my love for Asian food. I had a whole cauliflower and some leftover beef, about a pound and a half. So I decided let’s make beef and cauliflower. I never made that before but I felt it would be yummy and I figured the recipe would eventually come together. I browned some beef and roasted some cauliflower in the oven and then added seasonings to the beef while it was browning.
I hadn’t really thought out the ideas yet. And that’s why I have the love of yum. Cooking is all about taking your imagination as far as it can go. My daughter suggested carrots and red cabbage for good measure. It was delicious! Hope it makes you say YUM!
